About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a Business Pilot with solid experience in their area of expertise to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project portfolio management or strategic piloting.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).
  • Experience in risk and opportunity analysis.
  • Understanding of digital transformation challenges.
  • Ability to align projects with strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in French.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PgMP (Program Management Professional) certifications (asset).
  • Leadership and global vision.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Synthesis skills and methodological rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Pilot the project portfolio and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers to prioritize initiatives.
  • Evaluate project-related risks and opportunities.
  • Produce progress reports and dashboards for management.
  • Participate in defining roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Ensure project governance and compliance with standards.
  • Document portfolio management processes.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices in portfolio management.
