About The Position

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PIC seeking a dynamic and well-rounded flying environment within a growing private aviation company. Pilots in this role will gain valuable experience conducting a mix of both Part 135 and Part 91 operations while flying approximately 450+ hours annually, providing consistent utilization and meaningful time in aircraft. Requirements

  • 3,000 Total Time
  • 1,500 PIC Time
  • 500+ hours of Multi-Engine Time
  • Current 1st Class Medical
  • Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License
  • No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Maintain an impeccable professional appearance at all times.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Successfully pass a drug screening test.
  • Clear a comprehensive background check.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
  • Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, duty limits, and company procedures
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of flight execution with your crew
  • Maintain aircraft safety, readiness, and reporting standards
  • Deliver a white-glove client experience aligned with Northern Jet standards
  • Complete required administrative and operational documentation
  • Operate flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand, ensuring the seamless execution of missions while maintaining full compliance with FAA regulations related to flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications.
  • Follow company procedures for reporting any discrepancies with the aircraft during flight or ground operations.
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned by company management.
