About The Position
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PIC seeking a dynamic and well-rounded flying environment within a growing private aviation company. Pilots in this role will gain valuable experience conducting a mix of both Part 135 and Part 91 operations while flying approximately 450+ hours annually, providing consistent utilization and meaningful time in aircraft. Requirements
- 3,000 Total Time
- 1,500 PIC Time
- 500+ hours of Multi-Engine Time
- Current 1st Class Medical
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License
- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Maintain an impeccable professional appearance at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Successfully pass a drug screening test.
- Clear a comprehensive background check.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations
- Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, duty limits, and company procedures
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of flight execution with your crew
- Maintain aircraft safety, readiness, and reporting standards
- Deliver a white-glove client experience aligned with Northern Jet standards
- Complete required administrative and operational documentation
- Operate flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand, ensuring the seamless execution of missions while maintaining full compliance with FAA regulations related to flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications.
- Follow company procedures for reporting any discrepancies with the aircraft during flight or ground operations.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned by company management.
