About The Position

This is a Casual position with schedules available weekdays and weekends varying between 5:00 am and 7:00 pm CST. Opportunity Do you have a passion for fitness? Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Minimum of 200 hours PMA with Pilates Method Alliance
CPR certification required
Pilates Reformer Certification required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Previous Pilates instructor experience highly preferred.
first-aid certification preferred.
ACE, AFFA, ACSM, or comparable national certifications may be required, as well as an Advanced Pilates Certification (if not PMA-certified), to be obtained during employment.

Responsibilities

Promoting and performing lifestyle programs, assessments and personal training services according to Sports Core standards
Performing fitness services with minimal direction - Includes body fat testing, girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step test, sit/reach flexibility testing and strength testing
Promoting, designing and performing long-term personal training programs according to the needs and goals of healthy, average adults
Effectively demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment in all fitness and training areas according to quality standards
Maintaining accurate member and personal client records according to standard operating procedures
Assisting with set-up, cleaning and preventative maintenance for all fitness related equipment; weight benches, racks and equipment, spinning bikes and any pool needs
