About The Position

As a BODYBAR Pilates Instructor, you'll play an integral role in creating an exceptional member experience while delivering safe, effective, and engaging classes. BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR method, now in studios across the U.S. We’re on a mission to set the industry standard in how Pilates is taught and experienced, with a focus on strength, form, and most of all, CHEER. From the studio floor to the front desk, our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose.

Requirements

A passion for boutique fitness, Pilates, or related field
Desire to obtain a group fitness certification, or a Pilates certification
Strong communicator—both verbal and written
Community-minded and connection-driven
Positive, team-focused leader who leads by example

Responsibilities

Embody and promote the BODYBAR Pilates mission, values, and teaching methodology in every class and member interaction.
Plan and lead dynamic, Pilates-based group fitness classes using the BODYBAR teaching formula for clients of all fitness levels and abilities.
Provide clear instruction and hands-on guidance to ensure proper form, safety, and movement quality.
Foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive studio environment that encourages connection and community.
Build meaningful relationships with members by engaging before, during, and after class.
Educate members on studio offerings, policies, promotions, and appropriate movement modifications when needed.
Take ownership of your teaching schedule by arranging qualified substitute instructors for assigned classes when necessary. Instructors are responsible for ensuring all scheduled classes are covered.
Maintain a professional, energetic, and supportive presence while delivering an exceptional member experience.
Collaborate with the studio team to uphold the high standards and culture of BODYBAR Pilates.
