About The Position
BODYBAR Pilates is seeking motivated individuals to join their Instructor Training Program and become certified BODYBAR Pilates Instructors. This program is an investment in oneself and the future, providing comprehensive training and certification recognized nationwide. Upon certification, instructors are eligible to teach at BODYBAR and enjoy various perks. The ideal candidate is driven, coachable, passionate about fitness, and committed to personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Passion for health, fitness, and exercise
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of basic anatomy
- Complete the Comprehensive BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program, including passing each apparatus test-out.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Pilates or group fitness is a plus, but not required.
- Prior Pilates/fitness experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Complete the Instructor Training + Certification Program, including 250 hours of development (self-practice, observation, practice teaching).
- Meet weekly hour requirements with a mix of open gym time, scheduled workshops, and 1:1 coaching with the Fitness Manager.
- Teach at BODYBAR studios upon certification.
- Share passion for fitness with others.
- Meet weekly training requirements and show up for the community.
