A commitment to excellence and the drive to complete a rigorous certification.
Teaching or coaching experience.
Completion and Passing of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program.
Availability to attend the in-person BODYBAR Instructor Training Course and web meetings.
Ability to attend all required training dates for both Module 1 and Module 2.

Nice To Haves

Fitness experience is a plus.
Pilates or group fitness experience.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of BODYBAR’s Method, Mission, Vision, and Goals.
Act as a BODYBAR Ambassador, embodying the mission and bringing energy to every class.
Design and instruct Reformer Pilates-based group classes, adhering to the BODYBAR teaching formula, ensuring safety and effectiveness for all fitness levels.
Guide and educate members with expert cues for safety, alignment, and confidence, and perform personal, 1:1 form corrections.
Respond to client questions regarding special movement considerations, studio policies, and promotions.
Ensure punctual attendance for scheduled classes and secure subs promptly to maintain an excellent member experience.
Participate in quarterly team meetings, team-building events, and required additional trainings.
Foster community engagement with members before, during, and after class.
