About The Position
The Town Club, part of the Jonathan Club, is an oasis in the heart of Los Angeles, offering unique amenities like a Rooftop Terrace and The Grill with fresh ingredients from its Urban Garden. Jonathan Club is seeking licensed and experienced Pilates instructors to lead private, semi-private, and group sessions. The role involves ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining a clean and safe workout environment.
Requirements
- Pilates certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching private, semi-private, and group classes.
- Ability to demonstrate effective reformer instructions.
- Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style.
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated.
- Professional and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Teach private, semi-private, and group Pilates sessions.
- Demonstrate effective reformer instructions.
- Visually inspect equipment prior to each class to ensure it is sanitized, in good working order, and safe to use.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment.
- Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills.
