About The Position

This role is for a Pie Line Worker in the AM shift at the Bakery in Atlanta. Responsibilities include packaging bakery products for Publix stores, operating palletizing equipment, handling bowls and hoppers, placing product on the production line, applying icing and toppings, cleaning equipment according to GMPs, and completing required paperwork.

Requirements

• Experience with packaging bakery products
• Ability to operate palletizing equipment
• Experience moving, dumping, and scraping bowls and hoppers
• Ability to place product on the production line and apply icing and toppings
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Ability to clean equipment with industrial strength chemicals
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork

Responsibilities

• Packaging bakery products to be sent to Publix stores
• Operating palletizing equipment to stack containers of product on pallets
• Moving, dumping, and scraping bowls and hoppers
• Ensuring pans are in place for product to be deposited
• Placing product on the production line and applying icing and toppings
• Cleaning equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with industrial strength chemicals
• Accurately completing all paperwork required by the position
• Performing other duties as assigned
