About The Position

Fairmount Global Freight is seeking experienced drivers who own their own pickup trucks and 40 FT gooseneck trailers to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers consistent freight opportunities with dispatch and administrative support. Drivers will select and accept loads based on availability, with no forced dispatch. The compensation structure allows drivers to retain 85% of load revenue, with a 15% service fee, and offers weekly settlements. This position involves transporting hotshot and general freight regionally and long-distance.

Requirements

• Own a 3/4 Ton or 1-Ton Pickup Truck (2015 or newer) (RAM, Ford, GMC, or similar)
• Own a 40 FT Gooseneck Trailer
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to manage routes and schedules independently
• Professional communication and reliability

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with dispatch during active loads
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries
