Optimize pickup routes and dispatch planning to improve efficiency and service levels. Monitor pickup KPIs, including on-time pickup rate, route utilization, service quality, and operational productivity. Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams. Develop operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth. Support peak season pickup capacity planning and operational contingency management.
