About The Position

Manage overall pickup operations and ensure SLA compliance across service regions. Monitor and improve customer pickup timeliness and operational performance. Oversee driver dispatch operations and optimize daily routing efficiency. Coordinate pickup operations for key accounts and large-volume customers. Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions and service failures. Analyze pickup operational costs and implement cost control initiatives. Optimize pickup routes and dispatch planning to improve efficiency and service levels. Monitor pickup KPIs, including on-time pickup rate, route utilization, service quality, and operational productivity. Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams. Develop operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth. Support peak season pickup capacity planning and operational contingency management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, dispatch management, or pickup operations
  • Strong understanding of logistics routing, dispatch processes, and customer service operations
  • Experience managing operational KPIs and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
