About The Position

The Pickup Operations Manager will be responsible for managing overall pickup operations and ensuring SLA compliance across service regions. This role involves monitoring and improving customer pickup timeliness and operational performance, overseeing driver dispatch operations, and optimizing daily routing efficiency. The manager will also coordinate pickup operations for key accounts and large-volume customers, investigate and resolve operational exceptions, and analyze operational costs to implement control initiatives. Additionally, the role requires developing operational processes for scalable growth, supporting peak season planning, and collaborating with various internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, dispatch management, or pickup operations
  • Strong understanding of logistics routing, dispatch processes, and customer service operations
  • Experience managing operational KPIs and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English

  • Develop operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth
  • Support peak season pickup capacity planning and operational contingency management
