Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable driving a variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Ability to safely move and park vehicles in tight spaces
- Professional and courteous when interacting with customers
- Willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintaining the shop and lot
Responsibilities
- Pick up customer vehicles and safely transport them to the dealership for service
- Deliver completed vehicles back to customers
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Check in customer vehicles when needed
- Move, park, and organize vehicles throughout the dealership lot
- Keep the service shop and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining parking areas
- Help with snow removal and lot maintenance when necessary
- Assist the Service Department with various tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
