About The Position

As a Pickup and Delivery Driver, you play a critical role in providing exceptional service by ensuring the timely and safe transportation of vehicles to and from customers' locations and the dealership. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- 21 years or older.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely pickups and deliveries.
- Communication Skills: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Professional Appearance: A neat and professional appearance is required.
- Reliability: Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- Safely pick up vehicles from customers' locations and transport them to the dealership for service appointments.
- Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers promptly and ensure they are satisfied with the service.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner during pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries, including delivery logs and receipts.
- Perform visual inspections of vehicles for any damage and report any issues to the service manager.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle, including checking oil, fuel, and tire pressure, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate pickups and deliveries.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the dealership.
