About The Position

Are you the kind of person who eats, sleeps, and breathes Pickleball & Tennis? Do you love helping players grow their skills, find their rhythm, and maybe even fall in love with the game for the first time? Then we’ve got a spot for you on our court! Ready to teach, coach, and inspire? We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Tennis Pro who’s ready to serve up expert instruction, build community on and off the court, and keep our racquets — and our vibe — in top shape.

Requirements

• Prior experience teaching pickleball & tennis lessons is a must
• Comfortable working with everyone from tiny tots to competitive teens and adults
• Passion for helping people love the game and grow their skills
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• 18 years or older
• Available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ready to work outdoors — even in that classic tennis weather (warm & humid!)
• Able to actively participate in drills, games, and full lessons
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
• Prepared to lift, bend, and stay on your feet through your shift

Nice To Haves

• USPTA or PTR certification (or interest in earning it!)

Responsibilities

• Teach private and group lessons to players of all ages and skill levels (from first-timers to future stars)
• Lead and support adult & junior clinics each week
• Assist with light court maintenance
• Support the Director with club events, tournaments, and USTA matches
• Be a visible, positive presence on and around the courts — you’re the face of acac!
• Bring positivity to the court and clubhouse
• Rock your acac uniform and represent the brand with pride
• Keep your areas clean — court cleanliness is a team sport!
• Pitch in during Service Days and club events
• Respond to member and team messages promptly
• Check email regularly and stay in the loop
• Read, sign, and live by the Team Member Handbook
