About The Position

Euro School of Tennis is seeking reliable, energetic, and positive Coaches to teach beginner-level programs for children ages 5–10 (Grades K–5) at schools throughout the Bay Area. All lesson plans and equipment are provided. The goal is to create a fun, active, and supportive learning environment for young players.

Requirements

• At least 19 years old
• Enjoy working with children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
• Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
• Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach classes using company lesson plans
• Manage groups of 8–16 students
• Create a safe and positive learning environment
• Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session (2–3 hours per session)
• Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out
• Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
• Take a few class photos for program documentation

Benefits

• Pay: $18–$24 per hour for Summer Camps and Saturday Tennis Clinics
• Pay: $50–$65 per session for After School Program
• Possible extended care until 6:00 PM
• Back-to-back sessions available
