About The Position

As a Pickleball Pro, you will teach private lessons and participate in the teaching of lessons, clinics, schools, and academies. You will work very closely with the Head Pickleball Professional and will assist in the coordination of all events and activities, as well as in the management, teaching, coaching, and observation of all league teams. Our Pickleball Pros are responsible for organizing pickleball exhibitions, managing weekly round robins, and updating player ratings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pickleball Professional at a country club
• Pickleball game rating of 4.0+ or higher
• Pickleball teaching certification
• Excellent teaching skills and the ability to instruct players of different ages in a professional manner
• Computer skills as related to communication and program implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Orientated towards customer service and improving Pickleball operations for the members and guests
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. for court setup
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be in compliance with a Drug-Free Workplace
