About The Position
Johnny Allen Tennis is seeking enthusiastic and passionate pickleball coaches to join their team. This role involves leading group classes and supporting the development of junior and adult players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and competitive play.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of coaching experience
- Passion for pickleball and a strong commitment to player development
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and/or background check clearance
- Located within driving distance of the class location
Nice To Haves
- RSPA, PPR, USAP, IPTPA, or PCI pickleball certifications
Responsibilities
- Lead group classes
- Support the development of junior and adult players
