About The Position

The Pickleball Court Maintenance Attendant is responsible for ensuring the courts and surrounding areas are playable and presentable each day. This includes cleaning, maintenance, and assisting with events. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of tools, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Requirements

Must have current valid driver’s license.
Knowledgeable with tools and power tools used in plumbing, carpentry.
Know how to swim and how to be safe around water.
Good communication skills to offer directions to guests.
Must be able to lift 80lbs.
Must be able to bend, stretch, knell and twist.

Job related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Have courts and surfaces playable and presentable each day for play and recreation.
Clean off seating areas and wipes tables, chairs around courts and pool area.
Empty trash and collect towels at courts and pool.
Pickup left/lost items and place in appropriate storage.
Check the light timers on the courts and inspect windscreens daily.
Following grooming schedule procedure according to the season and per Director of Pickle Ball.
Assist with event set up and tear down.
Ensure SALTO locks are functioning and secured.
Provide focused maintenance support to any areas needing attention.
Keep Leaf Blowers/Vaptrs in good operating condition.
Clean often.
Use ear plugs when operating Leaf Blowers/Vaptrs.
Use proper gas/oil mix on blower and keep container filled.
Check and inspect restrooms throughout the day.
Blow, Broom and dustpan walkways, parking lot as needed.
Keep trash covers and holders clean.
Remove trash from trashcans as needed.
Pressure washing of walkways and stadium seating as needed.
Clean chairs/benches.
Clean water fountains/coolers.
Clean shade structures.
Clean outside of building walls.
Dust bathroom ceilings.
