About The Position

Our focus is on delivering a premium member experience in all aspects of our operations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated pickleball experience playing, coaching, or facilitating at any level.
  • Comfortable leading groups of mixed abilities in both clinic and open play formats.
  • Warm, clear communicator who creates an inclusive environment.
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C, maintained annually.
  • Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement.

Nice To Haves

  • Pickleball Canada certification or equivalent is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Structured Clinics: Design and deliver skill-based programming for players at all levels, ensuring beginners feel supported and experienced players feel challenged.
  • Facilitate Open Play: Run organized, well-paced sessions with fair court rotation and a positive atmosphere, making every participant feel welcome.
  • Build the Community: Create an environment where members connect through the game of pickleball, fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Represent the Standard: Maintain professionalism, preparation, and care for participants, reflecting positively on the club.
