Pickleball Coach
About The Position
Johnny Allen Tennis is one of Southern California’s largest and fastest-growing tennis and pickleball academies, offering youth tennis lessons, camps, classes, and leagues. Since 2003, we've positively impacted thousands of young athletes, helping to improve their lives through the sport of tennis, and now, pickleball. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate pickleball coaches to help continue that tradition with our students. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced pickleball coach to lead group classes and support the development of junior and adult players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and competitive play.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of coaching experience
- Passion for pickleball and a strong commitment to player development
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and/or background check clearance
- Only candidates located within driving distance of the class location (no out-of-state or international applicants)
Nice To Haves
- RSPA, PPR, USAP, IPTPA, or PCI pickleball certifications
Responsibilities
