This role oversees daily warehouse operations, manages picking and packing schedules, and supervises staff. The role requires 4 years of supervisory experience, basic MS Office proficiency, and physical ability to stand or lift to 40 lbs.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff (warehouse supervisory background preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to stand for long periods and regularly push, pull, or lift 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

An associate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse workflows, including processing, packaging, and storage of materials.
Direct, supervise, coach, and train team members.
Develop work schedules and assign manpower requirements for the picking area.
Resolve operational or staffing issues quickly within company guidelines.
Maintain and follow occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
