About The Position

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full-time Picking Clerk - 3PL for their Mesa, AZ location. This role is responsible for locating merchandise using a voice pick system, accurately pulling, checking, and packaging the correct items to fulfill customer orders. The position also involves staging, packaging, and consolidating merchandise in both bulk and stockless departments, assisting with stockless transfers, and maintaining knowledge of customer needs for custom palletization and labeling. The Picking Clerk must adhere to all customer requests, report inventory discrepancies, complete paperwork accurately, and stage picked merchandise appropriately. Duties in the 3PL department include assisting with stockless transfers, picking daily orders, checking, and loading. The role also requires maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, performing general custodial duties as needed, and operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Reporting any mechanical issues or damages to supervisors is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, walker-rider, etc).
Must be able to perform all physical motions typical of an order picker including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, stand or walk for long periods and for entire shift, often over 8hrs/shift, and lifting as much as 50 pounds (or more), and push/pull carts weighing 75 pounds (or more) repeatedly throughout the shift. With or without reasonable accommodation.
Proficient with basic arithmetic calculations.
Previous experience with voice pick systems is preferred.
Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Locating merchandise using voice pick system and accurately pulling, checking and packaging the correct items needed to complete a customer’s order.
Properly staging, checking, packaging, and consolidating merchandise in both the bulk and stockless departments.
Assisting in the stockless transfer process.
Maintaining and growing knowledge concerning customer needs for custom palletization and labeling.
Adhering to all customer requests according to established policies.
Reporting inventory discrepancies and shortages to supervisor, researching as needed to locate short product and maintain high fill rate.
Completing all paperwork in an orderly fashion in accordance with established procedures.
Staging picked merchandise in the proper area adjusting as space needs may require, reporting any areas of concern to supervisor proactively.
Performing duties in the 3PL department as assigned including assisting with the stockless transfer, picking daily orders, checking, loading as needed.
Working proactively to foster and maintain a positive team-oriented atmosphere at all times.
Maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
Cleaning and straightening while performing general duties.
Performing general custodial assignments (including trash detail,) when needed.
Following established cleaning schedule.
Reporting damages/disorderly areas to supervisor.
Operating all warehouse equipment efficiently in a safe manner to avoid injury to personnel and equipment.
Reporting any mechanical issue(s) to supervisor upon discovery.
Maintaining equipment as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
