About The Position

Gratz is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picking and Inventory Associate to join our Picking and Inventory team on 1st Shift, reporting to the Picking and Inventory Lead. This is an entry-level position responsible for receiving, moving, cycle counting, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to creatively improve daily operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, count, and record information accurately.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in driving a forklift
Ability to transit between multiple manufacturing/warehouse sites.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or stockroom setting.
Familiarity with inventory management or barcode scanning systems.

Responsibilities

Receive, transfer and put away incoming shipments (systematically and physically).
Accurately count, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse and bin locations.
Update inventory movement using our ERP, Epicor.
Pick items for orders and place them in the designated area.
Conduct routine cycle counts and correct discrepancies.
Keep storage and work areas clean and organized.
Assist team members and other departments with inventory-related requests and other tasks as needed.
