About The Position

The Warehouse Associate - Picker adds value to our Customers and Co-Workers by being responsible for picking customer orders safely, quickly and correctly so orders can be shipped. This involves being a positive team member by paying attention to detail and accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Basic math functions
Basic English reading and writing skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good English verbal communication skills
A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment by showing the character qualities listed above
RF scanner experience required
High School or equivalent education

Previous warehouse experience an asset

Responsibilities

Meet daily productivity expectations by accurately picking and verifying products according to order specifications and using handheld scanners
Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and protected
Label and place picked product in proper location for shipping
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company policies and safety procedures; proactively address or report issues, clean as you go and ensure positive customer service for the next shift
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed, by following all safety procedures
