About The Position

USA Tools Mobile Express is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Picker to support our warehouse operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely selection of over 15,000 professional automotive tools and equipment items for shipment and delivery.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift, carry, and move warehouse products as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse systems is a plus
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures consistently

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and stage products based on work orders and pick lists
• Ensure correct item numbers, quantities, and product conditions before packing
• Support receiving and stocking activities as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned warehouse areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
• Work closely with shipping and warehouse teams to meet daily deadlines
• Operate scanners, RF devices, or other warehouse systems as required
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors immediately
• Help ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently for dispatch
