About The Position

As a key member of the Distribution Center, the Picker will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. This position fills orders by selecting specified items from different areas in the distribution center, indicates items filled or omitted, and moves merchandise manually from one location to another. The role may also process returned merchandise. The Picker completes routine operational tasks under close to moderate supervision, exercises limited judgment in task execution, and escalates issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum 1 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Must be able to walk up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to frequently carry (up to 30 feet each time) up to 60 lbs.
  • Have full range of motion of the waist and neck.
  • Have unrestricted use of upper extremities and preform over-head reaching.
  • Frequently bend (to the floor), twist, and kneel.
  • Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Picks, scans, and stages customer orders by selecting specified items from various locations within the distribution center.
  • Ensures order accuracy, quality standards, and proper handling of materials throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Follows established standard work procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Completes routine operational tasks under close to moderate supervision.
  • Exercises limited judgment in task execution and escalates issues as needed.
