About The Position

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a Picker/Packer to work first shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) in their air-conditioned facility. The chosen candidate would be responsible for picking and packing/automated packing of finished products. Picker/Packers at Flexco typically start at $22.00/hour or more, depending on experience. Requirements

• A detail-oriented nature
• Previous experience learning and following complex processes
• The ability to lift 45 lbs., repetitively, over an 8-hour day
• The ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift
• Basic computer skills.
