Temp Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Jamesburg, NJ. This role is responsible for accurately handling products, maintaining organization, and ensuring all items are packed according to company standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pack animal products accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Pick products based on order requirements
• Inspect items to ensure quality and accuracy before packing
• Label and organize packages according to company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
