About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring for Picker / Packers in Bloomington, CA. As a Picker / Packer you will pick cosmetic products from warehouse inventory according to order requirements. You will verify product names, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates as required. You will pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation, and label and prepare shipments for carrier pickup. You will also perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy, maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. You will follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies, and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience is a plus.
Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
