About The Position

Our Douglasville office is hiring for production-based Picker Packer positions near Austell/Lithia Springs. These are temp-to-hire roles in a fast-paced environment, requiring individuals who are seeking permanent employment and want to be part of a team. The job involves picking and packing orders, with some boxes potentially becoming very heavy (up to 50 lbs) due to metal/steel parts, requiring repetitive lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to start ASAP and have a stable employment history. Attendance is critical, and issues will not be tolerated. A background check and drug screen will be required.

Requirements

2+ years of recent verifiable production packing experience (minimum requirement).
2 years of recent stable shipping experience preferred.
2 years of recent stable picking and packing experience.
RF Scanner experience.
Reliable transportation to and from work (not on public transit).
Ability to drive between company locations if needed.
Must be able to start ASAP.
Must have stable employment history.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Must be able to pay attention to detail with good math/counting skills.
Good computer skills for UPS Shipments.
Must have shipping software experience.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to lift up to 50lb boxes.
