About The Position

Team members will pick and pack sports related products for customers in our air conditioned warehouse in Mebane, NC. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Requirements

• Candidate should be able to pick, pull and pack merchandise with minimal absenteeism and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to read numbers and letters and match them up with picking locations
• Operate RF device
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel and reach about your head.
• Must be able to go up and down step ladders safely while carrying products.
• Must be proficient in English in order to be considered for this position.
• Must be able to learn basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review order and pull product from warehouse shelving, ensuring the right item and amount of item is selected
• Pack orders in correct shipping box or sleeve
• Create shipping label using warehouse system software and scale
• Assist with in keeping a clean and safe working environment throughout the CFC.
• Work in other areas of the warehouse as needed; support work at our Washington St facility as needed.
