About The Position
Our dealership is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Pick-Up/Delivery Driver to assist our customers by transporting their vehicles to and from our service department. In this role, you'll be the face of our dealership, greeting customers with a pleasant and professional demeanor upon arrival, whether picking up or delivering their vehicle. You'll clearly explain the process, service details, and any necessary information, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience. Providing world-class customer service is paramount, as is operating all vehicles safely and strictly within legal speed limits at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport customer vehicles to and from the dealership.
- Greet customers professionally, providing clear explanations regarding pick-up/delivery and services.
- Handle all vehicles with the utmost care and respect.
- Maintain accurate records of pick-up/delivery times and necessary documentation.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
- Assist with other dealership tasks as needed during downtime.
