We are currently looking to hire our PIC Of Record Pharmacist (POR), to carry us through the BOP Application process. This would require a MA BOP license and 1-3 visits to Westborough for inspections.
Requirements
- MA, State licensed Pharmacist
- Must possess a MA BOP license.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the PIC of Record (POR) to facilitate the BOP Application process.
- Provide MA BOP license for application.
- Conduct 1-3 visits to Westborough for inspections.
