Piano Teacher - Schaumburg, IL
About The Position
Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional piano instructor to teach part-time at Schaumburg Music Academy, our Schaumburg, IL location. Teachers will instruct IN PERSON and can set their availability within our open hours as needed, though consistency is appreciated by students and staff. Successful candidates will have a strong music background (degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent experience), a love of teaching, experience with young musicians, punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Instructor pay is commensurate with experience, ranging from $25-30/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available after 30 days, and health benefit options are available for all part- and full-time employees.
Requirements
- Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
