About The Position

Music & Arts is seeking a piano teacher to teach and inspire students of varying ages and skill levels. The teacher creates an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment; builds positive relationships with students and parents through communication, goal-setting, and progress updates; and partners with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention. The role provides an opportunity to share musical expertise and support students’ growth. Music & Arts handles administrative work so instructors can focus on teaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of music teaching experience, especially with piano.

Nice To Haves

• Further teaching experience with voice or related instruments.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments.

Responsibilities
