We can’t wait to meet you! As a PI Sales Manager, you will report to the VP of Sales. Essential Functions Experience in Personal injury law (tort law), Personal injury protection (PIP) and lien/LOP knowledge preferred. Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services. Manages a team of sales representatives and develops their skills to attain revenue objectives. Works closely with Regional Sales and Operation Directors to grow market and ensure patient and provider satisfaction. Works closely with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing plan for assigned region. Coach and develop direct reports. Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications. Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Will report into the National PI Sales Director Meets and exceeds quarterly sales goals in assigned territory. Duties as assigned. Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment. Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations. Requirements
