This Physiotherapist opportunity is located at our Mississauga clinic, situated in a diverse and rapidly expanding community within the Greater Toronto Area. The clinic serves a vibrant population of young professionals, families, and active individuals who prioritize high-quality healthcare and wellness. You will join a supportive team of experienced clinicians dedicated to personalized, holistic care, focusing on patient well-being and making a significant impact in a health-conscious community.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
  • Appropriate liability insurance.
  • Prioritize client needs, including cross-referring when appropriate, following up with clients, managing outreach to unscheduled clients, and accommodating client schedules.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and development, with eagerness to learn from leadership and peers.
  • Be open to giving and receiving feedback to adjust client care and performance.
  • Be a team player, invested in the growth of the entire team.
  • Contribute positively to clinic culture through mentoring students, flexibility in covering shifts, and participating in clinic events.
  • Collaborate effectively with the clinic's Front Desk team.
  • Possess strong communication skills and understand the importance of positive customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to every client.
  • Use clinical reasoning and judgment to create action plans that help clients achieve their long-term goals.
  • Engage with local referral sources to develop your caseload.
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
  • Partner with the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to identify support and training needs for professional growth.
