About The Position

Lifemark Lethbridge is seeking a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Canadians. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the community by expanding local access to care. You will work in a modern clinic with a large gym, private treatment rooms, and dedicated spaces for specialized care. The position involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including a massage therapist, kinesiologist, and occupational therapist, supported by a strong administrative team. The caseload can be diverse, including athletes, post-surgical clients, WCB and MVA injuries, vestibular and concussion patients, and long-term disability programs. Lifemark provides clinical resources, mentorship, and professional development support. A $10,000 signing bonus is offered to fully registered Physiotherapists.

Requirements

  • Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
  • Professional liability insurance (as required).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
  • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
  • Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
