About The Position

CBI Home Health supports people at home and in the community. Our teams work together to deliver the right care at the right time, helping people live safely, independently, and with dignity. We are looking for a Physiotherapist in the Kitchener, Waterloo regions.

Requirements

• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
• A commitment to person and family-centered care
• Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
• A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals

Responsibilities
