About The Position

CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Physiotherapist in the North York region. This posting is to build a talent pool for future potential openings. The role is not currently vacant. Applicants may be contacted as opportunities become available and will be kept on file for up to 12 months and reviewed as openings arise. As a PT in our Integrated Care Program, you’ll help patients rebuild strength and function after hospitalization, reducing readmissions and improving outcomes through hands-on, community-based care.

Requirements

• Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
• A commitment to person and family-centered care
• Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
• A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals
