Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified (Emergency, Family, or Internal Medicine)
  • Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
  • Current ATLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications
  • Minimum 5 years recent experience (including 6 months within the last year)
  • EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in austere environments
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Valid U.S. Passport (18+ months validity)
  • Ability to obtain MRPT security clearance
  • Must meet deployment medical/physical requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive care including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention
  • Provide multi-specialty primary care (GYN, derm, ENT, cardio, ortho, etc.)
  • Perform urgent/emergency care and patient stabilization
  • Oversee clinic operations and ensure quality care delivery
  • Conduct health promotion, education, vaccinations, and STD testing
  • Manage stable chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Coordinate medical evacuations as needed
  • Participate in MASCAL exercises and emergency preparedness
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
