Requirements

Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
Current medical license in the State of Ohio.
Current DEA certificate.

Responsibilities

Obtain patient histories and perform assessments through observation, interviews, and examinations.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies; provide preventive health assessments, screening, immunizations, and care.
Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions, including prescribing and referrals to other healthcare providers or community resources.
Counsel and educate patients and their families or caregivers about preventive health and wellness, treatment options, and community resources.
Provide care that promotes age- and culture-appropriate informed choices, shared decision-making, and the right to self-determination.
Demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Communicate information in writing and verbally, and use interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Support organizational integrity by raising questions and promptly reporting actual or potential wrongdoing.
