About The Position

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. This role involves engaging with people in their homes to bridge gaps in care and build trusted relationships. The goal is to provide flexible, comprehensive, and personalized health evaluations. The visit, lasting about 45 minutes, includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and potentially diagnostic tests. Clinicians use an iPad with an intuitive workflow and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. As an in-home clinician, the primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members, which can be diverse and may present various conditions including household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants. Candidates must be able to perform duties comfortably and safely in these environments.

MDs and DOs

Responsibilities

Provide In-Home Health Evaluations.
Conduct virtual visits as needed.
Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.).
Travel locally and within licensed states, as needed.
