About The Position
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to practice in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities for a provider-run group in Central Florida. This position offers a great work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a high quality of life. Our company, founded in 2005, serves the Central Florida geriatric population with over 25 practitioners across 14 counties. We are dedicated to providing excellent patient care and reducing hospital readmissions.
Requirements
- Primary Care Physician
- Experience practicing in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities.
- Serve the geriatric population.
- Reduce hospital readmissions.
