About The Position
We are launching a brand-new pediatric practice in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and seeking a pediatrician who wants more than a traditional associate role. This is a rare opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up in a community with significant unmet pediatric demand. Families in and around Rocky Mount are actively seeking accessible, high-quality pediatric care—and this practice is being designed specifically to meet that need. From day one, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical experience, care model, and community relationships of a practice built to last. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in community engagement and practice-building
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with families in the community
- Help shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience
- Participate in community outreach and local partnerships
- Collaborate closely with medical and operational leadership as the practice grows
