About The Position

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is recruiting a General Internist to join the Section of General Internal Medicine as part of an academic, multi-specialty, primary care practice. The practice is located at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Heater Road clinic, a few miles from the main campus of the hospital. The Internal Medicine team at Heater Road is an integral part of a dynamic Primary Care group that has a focus on clinical and educational quality improvement, population health, and the development of new models of care delivery. This position involves delivering high-quality, team-based care and participating in the teaching of residents and medical students. Successful candidates may receive a faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth at a rank commensurate with experience. Dartmouth-Hitchcock is an academic health system, serving patients across New England. Requirements

Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
Post graduate training in residency program
Current New Hampshire Medical License
Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years)
Active hospital staff membership
