About The Position

Haxtun Health is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join our team in northeastern Colorado. This clinic-based role provides the opportunity to help build and deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative rural healthcare environment. There is no productivity requirement and no required call shifts. The ideal candidate will be a complete healthcare team player that contributes to the overall organizational culture for the optimum patient outcomes.

Requirements

MD/DO (Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine preferred)
Holds or can obtain Colorado medical license & DEA certification
Current ATLS, BLS, PALS, and ACLS (or willing to obtain)

Nice To Haves

Preference given to provider qualified to additionally fill the organization’s Chief of Staff Role.

Responsibilities

Build and deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative rural healthcare environment.
Contribute to the overall organizational culture for the optimum patient outcomes.
Willingness to assist the team in emergency situations is preferred.
Potentially fill the organization’s Chief of Staff Role.
Additional compensation opportunities available for call shifts, and any additional open roles such as EMS Director, Chief of Staff.
