About The Position

ADHDAdvisor.org is seeking Texas-licensed physicians to join its provider network and provide adult ADHD diagnosis and treatment through its telehealth platform. The platform combines technology, clinical expertise, and approaches to emotional wellness, while the organization handles client acquisition, billing, support, and operations so physicians can focus on clinical work.

Physicians provide holistic mental healthcare, including diagnostic and medication management, and develop treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs in accordance with clinical best practices and guidelines. They collaborate with mental health professionals to coordinate care, maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, and contribute to the organization’s treatment philosophy and clinical policies and procedures. The role is fully remote and offers control over scheduling and appointment times.

Compensation is hourly at $150–$200. Listed service rates are $112.50–$150 for 45-minute diagnosis and medication management, $75–$100 for 30-minute medication management, and $37.50–$50 for 15-minute medication management follow-up.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Texas physician license.
• Active Texas DEA license.
• Currently carry, or be willing to obtain, independent malpractice liability insurance.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD in patients age 18 and older.
• Experience prescribing medication; telehealth-platform experience is preferred.
• A private, professional environment for conducting sessions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Currently reside in the United States.
