About The Position

You'll provide patient-centered primary care in a 100% outpatient practice within a physician-led network. This is a direct hire, full-time position in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region, where your clinical expertise shapes the health of the community and your work-life balance is protected. You'll deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative outpatient setting. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Committed to delivering patient-centered care in a community setting
Enthusiastic about working within a collaborative care team
Open to new graduates or experienced physicians seeking the next chapter
