Requirements

Active Colorado Medical License
DEA registration
Board Certified or Board Eligible (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
Current ACLS/BLS certification
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in primary care, urgent care, or chronic disease management preferred
Experience with Athenahealth (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum primary care (history, exams, diagnosis, treatment planning)
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions
Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
Document accurately in Athenahealth EHR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (behavioral health, PT, nutrition)
Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
Contribute to MedNOW’s integrated, multimodal care model
